A little mythological inspo today, I wanted to talk about a literary figure that gets sprinkled and referenced in a lot of texts all over the map: literally from Edgar Allan Poe to Shakespeare and everything in between. Her name is Diana — and she's the goddess of the hunt (and the moon), and when it comes to references of anything woodsy, honorable and just plain fierce, she's your girl. I wanted to channel this ferocity in my look here (complete with a tiger mural in the background) — and I think I nailed it just right.

I started with a grey turtleneck from Brandy Melville (a sweater I literally live in this time of year), and added a sweet velvet tank overtop courtesy of Urban Outfitters. Overtop, I added my favorite Topshop camel coat and paired it with some dark grey jeans and my new favorite Zara boots

Classic, warm — and honestly fierce.

"And then the moon, like to a silver bow New bent in heaven, shall behold the night Of our solemnities."
