NOVEMBER FAVORITES

This past month was certainly a busy one — and I got the opportunity to attend a ton of cool events, say hi to old faces  + got some killer Black Friday buys. This month had some highs — I got another piercing (I now have four in one ear and two in the other), but also some lows — I lost my wallet (so if you find a little coin purse flying around Manhattan with my old license in it, you'll know where to return it to). Nevertheless, these have been some of my favorite items that I picked up | and or have been obsessed with all month long, so without further ado....

fashion

Levi's Black Denim Jacket -  I picked up this baby on Black Friday and got it for only $53 (reduced from $89). It's a classic style, really comfortable — surprisingly warm — and a really great staple wardrobe item for any fashun-guy or gal. 

Black Forever 21 Bodysuit (similar here) - I can't remember the last time I went into a Forever 21 and actually spent money there — up until last weekend, that is. I needed a couple of quick bodysuit/ going out tops and was actually super impressed with their selection (plus, I forgot how cheap that store is!) Not sure why it took me so long to go back to buying some stuff from there, but I'm happy I did. I picked up this bodysuit in black and maroon, and it's just super cute to throw on for a night out.

Bling + bags

Slate Pearl Hoop Earrings - Another fun buy from my latest Rocksbox, these hoops were on my wishlist for my November box and I was lucky enough to receive them! They're the classic hoop style with a little pearl detail that I absolutely love — and I can't wait to style these for the holiday season. Marc Jacobs Wallet (similar here) - As I mentioned above, one of my most non-favorite parts of this month was losing my wallet. Good things that came out of it though? I finally renewed my license photo (bouncers have argued with me that my fifteen year old self in my ID is not me, and I would have to tell them that unfortunately, it was), AND I get to use my old wallet that I totally loved (really not sure why I switched away from this!). Regardless, I'm loving this wallet and they definitely have some newer, cute ones that make for a good Christmas gift, so I'd def recommend. 

Aimee Kestenberg Fringe Saddle Bag - I got this bag for Christmas last year — and it's one of my favorite go-to purses for the winter months. It holds a ton of stuff and is super cute with a nice chunky sweater or coat. 

miscelleneous

Zara Lace-Up Leather Bootie - Perhaps my favorite Fall buy, these booties have been my go-to for work, happy hour and everything in between. They're super comfortable once broken in, and they definitely garner tons of double takes. 

Silver Elephant - As many of you might know, last December I lost one of the lights of my life, my grandfather. Since then, my grandma has moved out of their house and we've been cleaning it out — which means I've gotten to pick some of my favorite vintage items that belonged to him. One of these items is this silver elephant. Although small, it symbolizes joy and new beginning for me, and holds a special place in my room (and heart) as another reminder of my grandfather. More to come on some incredible vintage things I've received as well.
