FEBRUARY FAVORITES
February! You were so good to us. We spent the month checking out some great NYC restaurants (umm hello are you surprised), and then headed down to Florida for a few days to visit none other than Disney World for a wedding (here’s a recap on that). It was really nice to get out of the cold for a bit, and it’s kind of inspired me to try to make warm weather visits more common in the winter months. We ate, explored and of course hit up some fun rides (Pirates of the Caribbean and Haunted Mansion will always dominate IMO). It was a nice little break from reality, but I’m excited to be back in NYC and even more excited for Springtime to finally come. Here, I’m sharing some of my favorite fashion, accessory and home items from the month!
fashion
Amazon Fashion Leopard Print Top — This cutie top was an impulse purchase for our trip to Disney but boy was it a good one. It was really lightweight in the 85ish degree weather and paired super nicely with some black Levi’s denim and my fanny pack. I’ll definitely be styling this well into Spring paired over tops and light turtlenecks— so versatile! Also I am really into leopard print rn if you couldn’t tell.
Adidas Sambas Strata Gum —Alright ya’ll I finally caved and got some Sambas! These are an older style so I got them on StockX (would recommend if you’re looking for limited edition sneakers), and I love how comfy and lightweight they are. I’ve been pairing them with flared leggings and oversized jeans so far and can’t wait to keep styling them in the spring.
accessories
Cider Heart Zircon Lace Drop Earrings * gifted * — These cutie earrings were a sweet Valentine’s day gift from CIDER! (I’m truly fan girling over here that they sent these along with some other goodies). I wore them out on VDAY of course but they are pretty versatile and can go with lots of different earscapes.
Jenny Bird Art Heart Chain Bracelet * gifted * — Another sweet VDAY gift was this heart bracelet from Jenny Bird. I’m a sucker for a big, chunky gold bracelet and this one is perfect. I love to layer it with my bracelets but it also would look stunning worn on its own.
home decor
Acrylic Polaroid Frame — We took some cute polaroids at the wedding in Disney and I needed to frame this cutie one! This acrylic frame gives the pic a little dimension and catches light gorgeously.
Leaving you with one of the best love quotes Shakes ever wrote:
“Love looks not with the eyes, but with the mind; and therefore is winged cupid painted blind”
