CRUEL INTENTIONS FEAT. STORETS
In 2018, pretty much everything about Roger Kumble's Cruel Intentions is pretty ghastly, to say the least. While I won't divulge the details of the plot here in this post (trust me, you have to see it to believe it), I will give a nod to the fashion and styling of the movie, a la Sarah Michelle Gellar's character Kathryn. She's far from your *ideal* Catholic school girl — but a lot of her (more risky) Blair Walrdorf-eseque attire certainly makes her villainous persona even more fun.
Taking inspo from her infamy, I put together this little Cruel Intentions inspired look — complete with a pearl necklace clad with a heart and cross (it's from this Revolve jewelry set). I started with this kickass leather skirt from Storets (similar here), and paired it with this glorious bodysuit from Brandy Melville (I love it so much I got it in three colors: the white, red and black). Next, I paired it with this long black coat wrapped around my waist for a little more drama, and this pretty Brahmin Mini Sydney Crossbody.
And there you have it, a little bit of sugar, but a whole lot of spice.
"The evil that men do lives after them; the good is oft interred with their bones."
