APRIL FAVORITES
And just like that — another April has come and gone. This month was really exciting for me — I moved, for one, to the UES (yes, definitely feelin just like Serena Vanderwoodsen), and with this, I got the opportunity to redecorate a bit which I was really pumped about. This month's favorites mostly contain a ton of my new room's accessories, as well as a few fashion goodies and misc. stuffs. Without further ado....
fashion
'Babetown' Bomber - This is one of my favorite spring jackets, and I'm so happy it's warm enough to finally sport again. It goes with just about any summery skirt or denim jean, and I find myself returning to it so often during this time of year.
Brooklyn Karma Zipper Skirt by Mixology - Legit this has to be my best purchase of the month — this super comfy skirt is just totally fun to pair with any pattern, colorblocked or black top. I've been living in it and I can't wait to rock it as the summer gets warmer.
MISCELLENEOUS
Meyer's Geranium Candle - I've been looking for a fresh new scent for my *new* room — and this hits the nail on the head. It's super clean smelling without being crazy overpowering, and it has the slightest floral tinge which I love.
Succulent - This was a gorgeous housewarming gift from my dear friend Meg, and I'm legit obsessed. I've slowly become super obsessed with plants, and this doesn't fall short of the perfect accessory to add to my vanity. It has a great home here I think.
Darby Half Circle Shelf by Urban Outfitters - When I first got word that I'd be moving for certain, I wanted some shelves to jazz up my tiny Manhattan room. Shelves are not only super cute for your extra knick knacks — they're actually really useful when you have a smaller space than usual. I got two of these Darby shelves and I'm totally in love. I plan to get some more UO shelves, but for now these do just fine. I also half-ass hung them with tiny command hooks, but will actually get around to hanging them fo realz soon. I'm totally obsessed though. This one holds a real Venetian mask from Venice, dried roses from different events in my life (LOL), and a polaroid of my late grandfather <3.
