In another series of taking blog photos in front of vehicles I don't own, I felt immediately inspired by this grandeur white bus when Lindsey and I stumbled across it over the weekend. . What else have I felt inspired of as of late? Voyaging — and specifically, shipwrecks. I've recently re-read a bit of Twelfth Night, and the notion of travel throughout the play. I hope to be doing a ton more traveling this year (check out some BTS of my first trip of the year to Dallas), but to kick off my wanderlust so far, I put together a little ensemble that reminds me of the best part of travel (and/or getting shipwrecked on Illyria): spontaneity.

I started off with this striped sweater top I picked up last summer at a Pacsun outlet — similar one here — and paired it with some brand new Rag & Bone black skinny jeans (probably the most comfortable jeans I own to date). To add some unexpectedness, I paired my favorite Miss Selfridge bomber jacket overtop (again, similar here), along with some fishnet socks and vintage booties. I also have been rocking these hoops which I'm obsessed with as of late, and a sparkly diamond choker.

"If music be the food of love, play on."
