MOD SUZY BISHOP FEAT. URBAN OUTFITTERS

If you followed my month of October, you’ll know that I dressed as Wes Anderson’s thirteen year old femme fatale, Suzy Bishop from Moonrise Kingdom. Having been in this alternate, pastel like head space for the past few weeks, I thought it would be cool to do a modern take on what Suzy might dress as if she, let’s say, lived in NYC. Here’s what I came up with for the look.

I started with this great turtleneck from Urban Outfitters (spoiler alert, this whole outfit is from UO). I love this off white number so much that I’m actually going to go back to the store to get the same one in black — that’s how good it is. I paired it with this UO Lilith Button Down Mini Dress which I totally love because it’s the perfect daytime-work jumper and nighttime option. To complete the Suzy Bishop look, I added a coat I think she’d really dig: this fuzzy teddy jacket which is by far one of my warmest purchases so far this year (and maybe ever).
