DECEMBER FAVORITES

Somehow I’ve just turned 30 years old, yet I’m still obsessed with watching “what I got for Christmas” videos. Back then, we watched on Youtube, and today, I’m doing the same, but on Tiktok. It’s weird when you realize that history repeats itself… a lot. Instead of a Tiktok or reel, I like to think of this annual December favorites post as my version of the video. I always find them fun to watch and share, and these are a just a few tidbits of some of the pieces I added to my closet (and home) this December. I can’t believe 2024 is coming to a close… I’ve definitely had a love/hate relationship with this year generally, but am so happy I’ve ended it on a high note (in all the ways!). Without further ado, here are a few gifts I got (for myself) and from others, this holiday!

Corvette Graphic Tee — Maybe 2025 is my year of returning back to graphic tees?! This little number was a gift to myself that I scooped up on a trip to H&M. I’m excited to pair it over turtlenecks in the winter or crop and style it for summer. I may never have owned a Corvette in my life but this is a nice way to manifest one (lol).

ACCESSORIES

Ganni Black Beanie Knit Hat — It’s true, if you’ve followed me for a while you know I already own this hat in the Sand color. But TBH, I love it so much (and it’s the warmest thing I own) that I had to ask for the black for Christmas this year. If you want to invest in a really thick, nice knit and comfortable (non-itchy) beanie you’ll wear for years to come, she’s your gal!

Cider Floral Western Belt — Ummmm, hi hello, another gift I gifted myself this holiday (hehe). This western belt is as cute as it gets and makes any look a bit more interesting to the eye. I love pairing it with faded black jeans, or even over a silky dress. SO cute.

Teddy Shearling Birkenstocks * gifted * — These were a sweet holiday gift this year, I’m loving the comfy, cozy look in the classic Birkenstock clog shape. I’ve been wearing these around the apartment non-stop and they look perfect with a chunky sock or baggy jeans.

HOME DECOR

Glass Bubble Candle Holders — Thank you Amanda, for these very cute and *aesthetic* candle holders. So up my alley and can’t wait to use them for months to come (and move them around my apartment constantly for fun lol)!

Amazon Red Tapered Candles — I went all out for my Christmas decor this year (as seen in my Holiday Party recap) and decided to swap out my typical black candles for these poppy red ones. I think they add the perfect subtle holiday touch to any room without appearing overwhelming. Obsessssed.
